This was my 2nd solo release; released sometime in early 2008.

I made this pretty quickly after my first project, The Short Film EP.
This project was supposed to be a tester for what I wanted to do for a different project; but I liked it, so I made it the my official 2nd EP.
If you flip the words of the album title, you'll know what film I sampled for this project. It's basically a tribute to this film.
I think this was made in about a week and a bit.... late night/early morning working- which is partly why its got that vibe and why it's in my Self Indulgent Series.
(The Self Indulgent Series is the collection of EP's that are more experimental, rough & raw and may not be necessarily to everyone's liking.)

******************************About V-Man******************************

I'm a producer who, for the most part, likes to adopt the traditional side of hip-hop production involving sampling, trying to creatively sample from a variety of sound sources to make musical soundscapes. When sampling is not incorporated, I still try to make my tracks have that sampled aesthetic and sound.

Some of my favourite producers include Pete Rock, The Rza, J Dilla, Dj Premier, The Bomb Squad, Madlib, Timbaland, Kev Brown, Just Blaze, Harry Love, 9th Wonder, Ayatollah, Dangermouse and The Neptunes as well as composers such as John Barry, Bacharach, Quincy Jones, Ennio Morricone & artists like Zappa, Nkengas, Oriental Brothers International, Antony & The Johnsons, Kate Bush, Rick Wakeman & Yes for their use of concepts....

I like to have the dirty- basement sound of RZA or Madlib but also the sonic cleanness of Dilla or Just Blaze.
